2009 USCAP

Our 2009 scientific program is entitled: “Where small biopsies go wrong-mistakes made and lessons learned: Pathway to Patient Safety". We have 4 very dynamic speakers, 3 addressing different body sites/organs discussing specific pitfalls and areas of potential errors with ways to avoid them, and one speaker providing a global overview on error reduction in pathology, specifically addressing the national movement for transparency of medical errors in all facets of medicine and how this will impact the practicing pathologist.

The speakers will include:
